With respect to its Department of Defense, Homeland Security and other Federal Government clients, the PPS system follows all Federal Acquisition Guidelines (FAR) and Defense Specific Guidelines (DFAR) as they relate to procurement.

Authored, refined and executed the business plan, raising capital, identifying, recruiting and leading the executives and officers of the company. Developed several revenue creation channels, while concurrently developing/testing the ASP business model, the development of the products and corporate strategies, quarterly revenue generation and the management of the following business sectors; Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Administration and Professional Services.

Assessed, reviewed and selected to participate in several National and International industry related studies, functions, conference and associations then further selected, chosen and voted by my peers to several Boards of Directors, Committees, Research Groups and participated in certain groups for the Federal Tasks Force on Technology and Education.
As a result of the corporate accomplishments, quality of the technology developed and the empirical data collected/presented the company was selected for several very prestigious awards, national recognition and the utilization/implementation of its technology in several statewide and one national initiative.
The technology was licensed to the National Academy Foundation for use in 41 states and several hundred schools; this utilization would provide broad proof of concept/usage with regards to teacher training, lesson planning and class presentation and as a result gain a more expedited acceptance in the public k-12 education market.
The technology was licensed to a publicly traded education company called Riverdeep LLC to serve as their core platform for the internet/technology delivery of assessment, lesson planning and communication in 50 state in the US.
Initiated contact, began dialogue, design, started development and negotiation for localization and licensing of the application for usage in Japan and other foreign countries with several Japanese Education Technology Companies. Designed, developed and implemented direct and reseller sales channel. FY2000 revenues were in excess of $.5M with FY2001 revenue commitments in excess of $5.4MM.
Designed, developed and implemented a Business Development tactical team that created more than 15 revenue and non-revenue strategic alliances in less then 18 months. Key partnerships included the who's who of both education and technology markets such as: CitiGroup, Pierson Education, Riverdeep, Apex Learning, McRel Regional Labs, Class.com, Sun Microsystems, NEC and Oracle Corporation.

Was recruited by MRI, Mill Valley, CA to be an interim CEO & Corporate Executive Manager for a few of their contracted and associated companies as outlined below:
Re-engineered the company business plan and set aggressive 30 and 90-day milestones. Set Parameters for an aggressive product development strategy for a health and wellness software company and an online gaming/entertainment company.
Built core management team for the companies consisting of President, CIO, CTO, VP Sales and Technical Developers and set management objectives in less than 60 days.
Initiated negotiations for licensing agreements in Japan and China.
Successfully negotiated offshore license/agreement with Government in Antigua in less than 60 days and created an opportunity for the Institute for Technology and Training. Facilitated direct meetings with the Prime Minister and senior cabinet members for their Technology Education programs and the proper licensing facilities for the online gaming/entertainment company.
Departed within 75 days due to no funding and discovery that the management/holding company had significant issues. Worked with the proper agencies to assist in shutting down and case preparation.

Pioneered an on-line multiple quoting and sales services for insurance and investment products. As an early adopter of technology recognized the future importance of the internet for the delivery of financial services and the need for banks to sell insurance and investment fee services online.
